By internally developing a residual gas automatic collection system to automatically perform and vacuum collection of residual liquid and residual gas, we aims at higher efficiency of the working process, and realize safe and ensured working environment. In the pressure test,we use two lines of non-water jacket method by dual automatic pressure test machine,so that only one operator is able to manage the process from pouring water to drying.

In the coating process,we introduced two units of automatic electrostatic powder coating machines for coating with two colors (gray and beige). By using the powder coating, we can eliminate the loss of paints, and also less use of paint thinners for improving the working environment.

For entering the items such as company name and legal letters that are designated by the law, we have improved the quality and production efficiency since we introduced full automatic printers.
By using the full automatic system line covering the process from receiving to shipment, we totally control the data link among machines for establishment of smoother working environment.
